Eagle Solar Supply- 30- Day Return and Refund Policy

At Eagle Solar Supply, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

  • An order may be canceled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, there are no refunds for the shipping fees.
  • Returns due to customer error, dislike, or over-purchasing do not have any shipping refund.
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
  • The product must be returned in the original resalable condition, including all original accessories.
  • Refunds are given within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment.
  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs will be incurred by you.
  • Used or non-resellable products without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

30 Day Return Policy

  • Any request for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the original invoice by emailing info@eaglesolarsupply.com
  • We provide refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to orders up to $1499 while a 20% restocking fee applies on orders above $1500.
  • Restocking fees will be applied to refused shipments.
  • For exchange, customers have the option to either wait to receive the credit for the item upon the return procedure or else purchase another item and receive a refund once the original item is received back.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • No excessive use of tape, stickers, or handwritten notes that may damage the original box. 
  • The RMA form must be sent along with the original package. 
  • The products should be in their original packaging and must include all original accessories. 

Warranty & Replacement

We provide warranty coverage for defects such as:

  • Malfunctioning drivers
  • Unexpected dimming or flickering
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit

If an item is discontinued, we will provide you with the next best comparable replacement.

Required documents for Warranty Claims

  • Order number or customer name
  • Pictures/videos showing the defect
  • Product model number
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims will not be processed without the asked documents.

Lost Packages and Shipping Errors

  • We will investigate any loss or delays with the carrier in order to reach a satisfactory resolution. Reshipping or refunds will be at our discretion.
  • If the tracking states that the package was delivered, but the package was not received, the customer must inquire with the carrier about the next course of action. 
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in lost packages are the customer’s responsibility that is why the customer must provide a valid address that allows their package to be delivered safely. 

Important Notes

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • We do not cover costs for installation, removal, labor, or rental equipment related to product installation.
