You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
